Regenerative practices and approaches for human and more-than-human liberation, my work is focused on creating cultural and systemic change through personal and collective healing, centred in our relationship with the earth.
I lead transformational spaces and experiences for people to explore unleashing their creativity and ecological gifts through embodiment, community, nature connection and many practices inspired by my background in physical theatre & dance.
I offer 1-2-1 support in the form of mentoring using peer to peer learning practices, coaching and a culture of mentoring through the 8 shields nature connection map as well as embodied creative techniques and tools to empower, create agency, connect to the animate world around us whilst helping people uncover what really matters to them.
